ARTWORK

Vector artwork is preferred and is the industry standard. Fonts incorporated in vector artwork must be converted to outline paths.

High-resolution, rasterized art (built in pixel-based applications) is accepted in the majority of cases but not ideal. Images must be at least 300 dpi to be high-resolution. Low-resolution art cannot be accepted because quality is insufficient.

We will provide light touch-up work, minor art changes, set font styles and adjust artwork to fit the maximum imprint area at no cost. Artwork requiring extensive touch up will be billed at $30.00

(v). Billing will start at $50.00 (z) per hour for custom artwork needs.

An art proof approval is required and will be e-mailed within 24 hours at no additional charge. This includes all rush orders.

PRODUCTION TIME

 10 to 21 working days after art approval. Standard production is based on catalog quantity. If your order is greater than catalog quantity, please call for details.

RUSH SERVICE:

Add 20% to the total order (the factory must confirm the order). 4 to 7 working days after art approval. Rush service is based on catalog quantity only. Not all products available for rush service. Day one of production is considered the day after the art approval is received, weekends and holidays excluded. Rush service is not available on all items.

ORDERS / CHARGES

All orders are acknowledged by email within 24 hours. Please note: Production cannot start until payment or terms are finalized and all artwork and order approvals are received.

DIGITAL DIRECT IMPRINT IS STANDARD:

Epoxy Dome add $0.40 (v).

ADDITIONAL IMPRINT COLOR:

Screen print/pad print $0.30 (v) per color / location.

SET UP CHARGES: $45.00 (v) per color/location

on most items. Dye Sublimated Set up charges: $125.00 (v).

PANTONE (PMS) COLOR MATCH

$45.00 (v) available for pad print or screen print only. Not available for metallic or neon colors. Exact color match not guaranteed for digital imprints. 

SPECULATIVE SAMPLES

65.00 (v) includes setup for one color. Additional colors, setup and location charges may apply. Available on most items.

OVER & UNDER RUNS

All orders subject to 5% over or under run and will be billed accordingly. CO-OP program available.

Product color

Match is available on most products with a minimum quantity of 10,000 pieces. Custom product color set-up charge is $195.00 (z).

Less than minimum: $60.00(v). Absolute minimums are half of the smallest catalog quantity of that item. Not available for all items.


SHIPPING

F.O.B. Ontario, California: Split shipments: $20.00 (v) per destination after the first location. UPS will be the carrier unless otherwise requested. The factory does not assume responsibility for carrier delays, damage or loss. Packages shipped via ground are uninsured unless specified. Distributor will assume responsibility once the carrier receives the product.


RETURN POLICY

Customized products are non-returnable except in cases of manufacturing defects, shipping damage, or company error. To qualify for return or replacement, customers must obtain written approval and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) within 60 days of receiving the order.

Unauthorized returns or requests made after 60 days will not be accepted. All approved returns must be unused, in original condition, and shipped back with the RMA number clearly visible. Upon inspection, qualifying items may be repaired, replaced, or credited at our discretion. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise authorized.

All orders subject to credit approval. Artwork, designs and trademarks used herein are reproduced as examples of the type and quality of products and are not intended to represent endorsement.

The ship date on products imported from China may be affected during their national holidays.

Products may not be shown to size.
